Dear Diary,

Today was a whirlwind of cocoa, cookie crumbs, and elf giggles. The Naughty & Nice list got its final polish, and oh, what stories it tells!

Little Jackson from Ohio gave me quite the chuckle. He’s been slightly naughty this year—marking up his sister’s Barbie and fibbing about who broke the snow globe. But his heart’s in the right place. He helped his neighbor mow her lawn without being asked, and that earns him a solid spot on the “Nice Enough” list. I’ve got just the toy truck in mind for him.

Now, across the globe in Kyoto, sweet Hana has been a shining star. She’s been extremely nice—writing thank-you notes to her teachers, helping her younger brother with homework, and even organizing a mini food drive at her school. The elves are preparing something extra special for her: a hand-painted music box that plays her favorite lullaby.

It warms my jolly old heart to see kindness blooming in every corner of the world. Time to double-check the sleigh’s GPS—only 80 days to go!
